When God told Israel in Ezekiel 36 that He would take away their heart of stone and give them a heart of flesh, the illustration was not lost on them. They had been trying to remedy relationship issues with stones for years. It didn't work for them and it won't work for us. Rather than throwing stones, ask God to give you a new heart for the one you are at odds with.
