Hi!

Hello fam, I have missed yall. I will explain in the episode what has made me a bit quiet and taken some time to go inward, but I had to share this message about hormones with you in real time.

Soooo... my editing software, microphone and theme music are all on the fritz, and so this episode is going to be published very unpolished, more unedited then usual and yet sprit keeps telling me that this message needs to be heard- that women in our 40's deserve to have a platform to share about this mystic time of changes that are so FUCKING REAL, and also feel so isolating. The feral nature of this episode is actually cathartic for me- every system of tech just moving at its own whims is actually very much how I feel in my body too. So buckle up babes, this is going to be fun. 

This episode is for my 40 something baddies that are in the storm, and evolving into the mystic level of life- you are full of wisdom babe, and the unraveling of what once worked is proof of your upleveling, I see you, I am finding my way with you. It is for my 30 something hotties that I want to offer another way of seeing this aging process- that you may feel slightly less alone, and also know some of the body signals that might make it a good idea to just get you cute hormone levels checked bb. 

This is for the man that loves someone going through this season- may we all lean into empathy and see that the waves and currents that your loved one feels is actually a space for you to also lean into and soften and being a well educated support. What if this got to be the most special and transformational time in your life too with you Boo?! We love you men that are plugged in and care about the process of the ladies in your world.

Hi CTC Podcast Fam,

I am giddy to bring you this next episode, for several reasons.

1. The halftime show was epic, nuanced, art and activism on a massive center stage that I believe needs to be remembered and used as a call to move into action. 

2. Change the Channel is all about gaining new perspectives, breaking out of the cycle of what we have always thought or done- and story is one of the best ways to do this. For me as a white bodied woman, there were so many parts of this performance that I knew were important but didn't know why. When we get curious and ask others with different perspectives what we expand our capacity for empathy and empathy is the sustainable spark that will allow bridges to be built relationally, racially, and we radically need this now. 

3. I get to introduce you to one of my partners, a man that is Changing the Channel in my life in so many ways through who he is and how he moves through the world. Blake is an activist, dancer/ choreographer, former zoo keeper, podcast host, scholar of life, Ebony king and his perspective on the halftime show left a meaningful mark in my heart and mind- so of course I gotta share it with y'all.

Hi CTC Podcast Fam,
