The Story
We all have it running in our head about ourselves and every situation we encounter. Even the smallest situation can interrupt great self talk and turn it into something negative. What I've realized about my life is that my thoughts always bread my actions, and my actions always lead to my results. Whatever I was telling myself is what my life turned into. We always want to be "right" so whatever you're telling yourself you generally make come true. With that being said, the mind is inherently negative. We are trained to survive, so were are always looking for "what's wrong" in order to do so. The best way to change your life is to change how you think about yourself. Start small, you can use something you've written out like me or you can just start practicing by interrupting every negative thought that creeps through and replacing it with a positive one. It's not a difficult task, but it is ongoing and can get away from you very quickly from habit or unconscious behavior.
