In 2014, Stephanie Taylor questioned her ability to perform a minimum wage receptionist job and had little belief in herself. In 2016, she started a property refurbishment and property management business with her sister Nicky. Their company   makes £400k per year with contracts worth £2m over the 5 year terms. The difference between Stephanie in 2014 and in 2016 is that she changed her mindset and believed that success was possible.
