The stories we are told are often told through a subjective lens, rather than necessarily grounded in facts. Yet, these stories shape our beliefs. And our beliefs shape our reality. 

Uzodinma Iweala is the CEO of The Africa Center, a U.S based organization that engages with contemporary Africa through culture, policy and business. In today’s episode Uzo tells us how our beliefs influence our relationship with the continent. He also shows us an alternative narrative– one that prioritizes equity and innovation.
