I changed my streaming work area this past week as I found that I was sitting too long. This change has increased my energy while podcasting and streaming. It has allowed me to become more active as chat can make me dance, do squats, jumping jacks, and more! It also makes me want to be at my desk now.

Sometimes we need to change our workspace. You can completely revamp everything as I did, maybe you can change-up the monitor configuration or tidy up your space to make it enjoyable. This week, look at your work area and think about how you can make sure you enjoy working here.
