- What perseverance (hypomonē) means: “to remain under” and keep trusting God 
- Why Jesus taught us to always pray and never give up (Luke 18:1) 
- What it looks like to labor fervently in prayer and contend for the faith 
- A powerful reminder: God can change circumstances, but often He changes us through them 
- As we contend in prayer, we’re reminded that when we stop contending, we can drift into comfort, convenience, and complacency—and God is calling us back to a persevering faith.
