Change can be hard, but it can also be really good. Country life has really changed us.  Some things we had to adapt to  immediately, some were gradual mindset shifts, others we unexpected and unwelcome, while some were beautiful blessings we never would have expected. We never regret our decision to choose a simpler life, but to do so meant some things had to change.
