Welcome back to Exercising Depression Podcast!
I thought it was high time I spoke a bit more exercise and training; I started my Podcast as a Mental Health & Fitness podcast and I intend to talk a little more about the fitness side of it. I have been a little overwhelmed as of late with the Mental Health side and things I have to deal with everyday, talking about my change in training is going to like a little mental health holiday!
