Megan Howe is a lover of movement, teaching, and connecting with people. She began teaching dance at age 15 and quickly realized she wanted to have a career as a teacher, but it took some time to discover how that desire would play out. In 2011, just before the untimely loss of her dad, she was introduced to yoga. By 2016, she had become a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and in 2019, she opened MPowered Stillness, an academy for training yoga teachers. Megan is a constant creator, an entrepreneur, and, more recently, the host of the podcast I’m Wearing Pajamas. She resides in Beaufort, SC where she is mom to 3 and assists her partner, Cesar Clavijo in running Stillness Academy, a holistic academy for development and defense.
