Experiencing an abusive upbringing and choosing to change my narrative from negative to positive by connecting with myself. I had to change my mindset in positive way that enable me to help my son make the right decisions. The journey of a single parent is not alway smooth. It take lots of  self courage and determination when your child/children who are your cheerleader are too young to understand our pain.
