Today we discuss with Caiden Curran how he pulled off his 4.5 month full ACL recovery and how David Schoening came back in miraculously short time, both in time for their senior seasons. By purposefully modifying their thoughts, changing their outlook, and staying proactive during their down times, they recovered not only in record time, but came back stronger and healthier than ever.
