Important Safety Information For Farxiga® (dapagliflozin) Contraindications History of a serious hypersensitivity reaction to FARXIGA Severe renal impairment, end stage renal disease, or patients on dialysis Warnings and Precautions Hypotension: FARXIGA causes intravascular volume contraction.
