Packing an emergency kit for winter storms is something we all can do, and today I propose we pack a different type of emergency kit for our families in Canada.  The Sheridan Strategy is a pro-active approach to life.

There is an African proverb that says, "Anyone who thinks they are too small to make a difference hasn't spent the night with a mosquito." Changing society can be as easy as making small changes at home.
