Never compromise your standards. At least that's what we tell ourselves when we want to stand for our principles. So why is it lately, that there are those who make policy pushing to lower recognized expectations? In this week's episode, we discuss the standards of what we have known in the past. The change to lower achievements for the present to accommodate those who cannot is counterproductive. And who does it really benefit? In the world of health, there are no benefits to shortchanging what you need to do physically, to be fit, and reduce health risks.
