King Josiah was a righteous leader who saw the evil that had risen in his nation as a result of the Word of God being removed. Instead of continuing to conform to the culture, he CHANGED the culture. He removed darkness and replaced it with light -- he replaced a pagan society with Godly morals and principles. America's leaders could learn a thing or two from King Josiah -- when a nation removes the Word of God, evil is allowed in, but when a nation turns back to God, then and only then, can a nation be restored.
