The 10th of September marked Suicide Prevention Day, for which the theme was "changing the narrative on suicide". This episode explores suicidal ideation, narratives from individuals who have attempted suicide, as well as ways we can start this important conversation in the spaces we occupy. This, so we can break down barriers, raise awareness, and create better cultures of support.
