In this episode Courtney speaks with Jemma from Inspire Wellness about being connected to your body and intuition, speaking to your desires to inspire actions as well as personal development. Jemma also speaks on changing the way society views our bodies, food and exercise, and the goals around them.
Jemma is here to burn diet culture to the ground. Jemma is a certified Nutrition and Health Coach who works from the non-diet approach and will help you to transform your relationship with food and your body, so that your life can be full of fun and pleasure again. You can feel confident, create sustainable healthy habits, and become your best self without diets and their BS! Jemma believes in a weight-inclusive, Health at Every Size approach that helps you to achieve your goals from a place of self-love, respect and a positive mindset. Health doesn’t have to be hard!
Jemma’s Mars (planet of drive and motivation – where we get that fire to keep going) is in the sixth house, which is the house of health and wellbeing in Cancer, and it is square (creating tension) with Venus (planet of desires and making money) in Aries in the third house of communication. Meaning that Jemma’s planet of desires and making money is having tension with the energy of hustling and doing the work. Inspire Wellness’s rising sign is in Aries, creating this trailblazing energy – going after the spark and the drive, Jemma speaks on how she nurtures this energy by being authentically her.
