Changing to Salvage Depression

What happens to us when we want to change for someone else? We play into depression’s need for chaos. We find ourselves in personal trials and tribulations. We change to make someone happy, but they never care if we are happy or not.


It could be your parents to your best friend. When you change for others, you make things difficult on yourself. Be mindful of why you are changing. If you are killing off your joys to make life easier for someone else, it means you are doing the wrong thing.
