Margot Grant Witz is the third-generation leader of Elizabeth Grant Skin Care, a Canadian family-owned skincare brand founded more than 77 years ago by her grandmother, ElizabethGrant. Originally from South Africa and now based in Toronto, Margot earned her international business degree from Grenoble École de Management in France before joining the company, where her forward-thinking approach brought Elizabeth Grant to a new generation of customers and global markets.
Known for blending science, empathy, and authenticity, Margot continues her family’s legacy of innovation through the brand’s proprietary Torricelumn™ complex—an ingredient born from resilience and refined through decades of research. She leads with a belief that “we’re not just selling creams—we’re building a community,” emphasizing self-acceptance and real results over perfection.
Beyond her role as Vice President and Brand Ambassador, Margot oversees EG Cares, the company’s charitable division, providing education and skincare to women facing health challenges. She frequently participates in workshops for women living with cancer, reflecting her deep commitment to giving back and empowering others to feel confident in their own skin.
