In a really enjoyable conversation with Richard, we discussed crisis management, reacting to customers' (new) needs and a mantra of 'passion to innovate'. One key thing that I loved about this Drop In is Richard's brilliant observation of the irony of this whole situation - at a time when we are all completely isolated, we are in fact more connected than ever!
