Anger is an emotion that inevitably surfaces throughout our journey's, and it's imperative to look for the lessons in the rage that comes through. If anger or navigating your emotions in general is something that you're trying to harness, you've come to the right place.

Journal prompts for channeling anger:

  1. What are your triggers? What do they feel and sound like?
  2. How do you react to your triggers?
  3. What does your inner child need that they never got? In what ways were you mistreated as a child?
  4. What are your current values and needs? How are your current priorities either aligning or misaligning with your values and needs?
  5. What fills your cup up? (BE SPECIFIC!!!)
  6. What helps your stay grounded when feeling pent up anger arise?
  7. How might your past traumas be affecting your current relationships with others and with yourself?
  8. Do you bottle up your anger or do you explode easily when feeling triggered?
