This is the recording of channeling Kria on August 30th 2020.  Before  the session, I was "inspired" to create a poster that has a butterfly  coming out of it's chrysalis.  I believe this is really what Kria's main  theme for that channeling that we are transforming and coming out the  other end to be something completely new and unrecognizable from who we  were.  Powerful session.
