Tonight the arcturians talked about how to lift yourselves up little by little inch by inch to a higher vibrational rate and they talk about witnessing me doing a cat dance LOL and also they talk about the energy that they send to us and they are hoping that it will delight and surprise us and yet some people are still afraid of it when they see in the upper atmosphere their little light vibrations that they send us. Some people will tell the light that they want it to take them home LOL but more often than not people are swearing and afraid of the light and so the arcturians wanted to clear up what was happening and that they're just trying to lift our vibrations by making us happier. Never be encouraged and think that you're not making progress because you always are even if it doesn't appear so to you it definitely appears so to them! They are very encouraging in tonight's episode.
