Chapel Hill Mayor Pam Hemminger spoke with 97.9 The Hill's Andrew Stuckey on Thursday, March 23rd.  She discussed the concept plan for a development on East Franklin Street that could displace some popular businesses, including the Purple Bowl.  She also discussed Dunkin' Donuts on E. Franklin being approved for a drive-thru lane, and some other development news.
