Ayanda, a 24-year-old woman with a warm spirit and quiet strength, moves to a remote and ghostly town called Ound for a new job. Surrounded by old houses, unfamiliar languages, and distant colleagues, she begins to navigate her way through isolation, complicated feelings about her ex, and a mysterious new attraction. As she settles into this strange, forgotten place, the lines between healing and heartbreak start to blur.
