Thank you for joining us again, We are on week 10 which means we have 14 more episodes until Christmas! This week we will read Chapter 10. Chapter 10 is titled “Decker has her hands full”.

If you are comfortable, I invite you to visualize with me having our hands full like agent Decker. First, Let’s close our books and close our eyes. With them shut, hold out your hands and make a bowl, like you are catching snowflakes. Imagine with me that these snowflakes represent our commitments, or struggles, or even our thoughts. As they flurry down endlessly from the boundless supply of the universe, they begin to stack upon one another. Now, can you see they are beginning to spill over our hands! These commitments that once fit so easily within the palms of our hands have compiled into too much for our hands to hold.

Now that we can’t hold anymore, it is time to give these snowflakes - whether they are ideas, or cares, or even problems - back to the universe. Are you ready? We will do this by breathing in through our nose a big deep breath. One that fills our lungs all the way to the tippy top. Now, let's blow those snowflakes away!!! Ooops, it looks like there is still one on my fingertips. How about yours? Let's just do that one more time as we prepare ourselves to relax.
