In this episode, Kelsey takes full advantage of "Unschooling" and creates her own type of education. She volunteers as a children's storytime reader and as the Chick-fil-A baby cow. She attends several aviation events and even goes to Skip Barber Racing School!

As the first day of college gets closer and closer, Kelsey looks back on her time on the road. She is excited for the adventure ahead and nervous about all of the change. She makes a promise to herself to always be a travel junkie and stay true to her roadschooled spirit.
