Welcome to Chapter 17 of Only Haft the Story Podcast. Today’s episode is with Norris Frederick. Norris is a professional athlete in the sport of track & field. He graduated from the University of Washington in 2008 as an 11X All- American. Soon after, he turned professional and is currently is a 3X Bronze medalist for Team USA and that’s only the beginning.

Norris has been very involved in his local community serving as an inspiration for our younger generation. He has been a keynote speaker for the NFL and this impressive list could go on & on.
