Both his maternal and paternal grandfather owned and operated one of the most popular Mexican places in the city; his parents worked for them as accountants. Then little Chuy was taught how to cook in the kitchen. Years later he owned a fleet of Mexican food trucks, helping his Dad by "volunteering" to provide food at various Democratic political events...Like a "Congress on Your Corner" event for newly re-elected Congresswoman Gabrielle "Gabby" Giffords.......
