The MedRAP/CPR curriculum explained in this chapter was based on a needs assessment conducted for the Baylor of College Medicine residents; however, modules can be independent and utilized based on needs of different healthcare professions and institutions.

SUMMARY: Chapter 3 describes MedRAP/CPR’s individual modules, including objectives and components, discusses the role of the facilitator and group leaders, and outlines each module’s design process and structure.
