The healing journey is not always about food and how it physically changes the body, but the approach we take to get to the root cause to see mental, physical, and spiritual change.
I’ve been on a lifelong journey of discovery. The last 3 weeks came and went but didn’t go without putting up a fight. 3 weeks of fasting showed me a lot about myself, things I loved and didn’t like. One thing I can say is that I’m truly grateful for the experience that God gave me so I could walk out at the end of this and wake up on my birthday and say “I did it, let’s keep moving forward.”
