In this episode, Kelsey and her parents move to Los Angeles, California. Kelsey learns that RV life isn't always as glamorous as it was in San Diego. She turns 13 and starts to crave normal teenage experiences, like having friends to hang out with and having some privacy. Kelsey gets braces and learns to play the guitar from a hippie rockstar nurse who looks like Jesus. She meets a few celebrities, tries a hip hop dance class, and finally finds a best friend!
