It is a fact that if a man says He loves God whom he does not see and hates his brother whom he sees, the same is a liar and has not known the true God. It takes faith to love a God we don’t see. This is why mankind find it easier to worship idols made of wood and clay. Because they are visible to the eyes. How then can a man hate his brother whom he sees and yet say he loves God? Remember, the one who has the love of God od cannot hate. Secondly, we know that we love God if we obey his commandment. God’s commandment, if obeyed would bring us into deeper love of our brothers and sister.
