This episode talks about how to start a new habit and the importance of awareness towards our habit that the process of behavior change always starts with awareness. Before you can change any habit, you need to be aware of the habit first before change can occur.

This episode talk about not throwing out your old/current ability because you want to create a new habit, that possible way to handle or a create a new one is to stack your current habit with the new habit. We talked about habit stacking which is a strategy you can use to pair a new habit with a current habit. The habit stacking formula is: After [CURRENT HABIT], I will [NEW HABIT].

SO in a simple process on how to create or develop a new habit is to identify a current habit you already do each day and then  stack your new behavior on top. This is called habit stacking.
