Procrastination is a common phenomenon that chronically affects around 20% of adults, including lawyers, business executives, and college professors. Furthermore, it’s particularly prevalent among certain populations, such as college students, around 50% of whom procrastinate chronically. In this episode, we are going to talk about procrastination and Self-control based on the “Predictably Irrational” book by Dan Ariely.
