Financial planning is the process of determining a person's or a company’s financial needs or goals for the future and the means to achieve them. Financial planning involves deciding what investments and activities would be most appropriate under both personal and broader economic circumstances.

Financial Legacy is the process of estate planning to select who will receive your assets when you pass on.  One goal of estate planning is to make sure your wealth and other assets go to those people you intend (and not to others), with a particular emphasis on minimizing taxes so that your beneficiaries can keep more of your wealth. Good estate planning also can reduce family strife, and provide clear end-of-life directives should an individual become incapacitated before ultimately passing away. It is important to do estate planning asap, especially if you are reaching your golden years or you are thinking about retirement.
