Em and Jordy dive into one of their favorite books of all time! We hit the ground running with our poor boy Joost on a night like pea soup.

As we move further through the winding streets of Ketterdam, we get introduced to all of our Crows and we fall over ourselves at how incredible the writing, world-building, and characters are in this book! Finally, as we learn more about Kaz and his crew of not-so-merry men and women, we come across the first instance of the phrase that inspired the name of our podcast: No mourners, no funerals. A goodbye and a battlecry. Take a deep breath - we are just getting started!
