Chapter 8: An unexpected visitor
I don't generally read ahead, other than the occasional couple paragraphs, so I end up deciding on a character's voice on the spot. It's work for me so far, but its a problem when a character comes back from a few chapters ago and I can't remember how I played them.
That being said, I wouldn't change a thing about how I went with Night Watcher's voice. The moment he did the edgy "emerging from darkness" intro I knew I wanted him to have the moody ninja voice. It was a spur of the moment decision, but it makes me happy every time I hear and do it.
