Two high school teachers discuss living in the patriarchy, life and work, mental health, personal growth and being positive role models for their students. 
Each season Jen &amp; Elaina will take a deep dive into a different book, to learn, to discuss and to grow. In the first season of You Sow What You Hope To Reap, they read and discuss Burnout: The Secret to Unlocking the Stress Cycle by Emily Nagoski (PhD) and Amelia Nagoski (DMA). 
In the second season (released May 2024), they dive into Brene Brown’s The Gifts of Imperfection.
