Derek Shepherd has crossed the line again at Mound Hill Cemetery.  Derek has finally decided that it is time to end things with the cemetery.  Derek will have to come to terms with the cemetery and deal with Sherriff Connor.  Will it be the end for Derek Shepherd or the end for Mound Hill Cemetery?
