Most of us spend more time at work than we do with our own families. When you are spending so much time at one place, it's important to know when is the right time to leave. Some may call it quitting, I call it walking away. How do you know when is the right time to quit your job?
The morning time is your first impression of your own day. Don't just hit the snooze button and let it slide by you. Wake up early, execute on healthy habits and own your morning! By the time people are waking up, you have already worked hard, put out sweat, reflected on your daily goals and have organized your schedule to accomplish those daily goals. Own your morning!
There is alot of chaos taking place in the world right now. I created this episode to help people who are just going through it right now. People who are suffering and facing adversity. I hope that this helps someone and just know, this too shall pass.

Do your mind the favor and start disciplining yourself to journal consistently. It can really help with clarifying your life's purpose and allow you to construct a path that will lead to your happiness.
Tomorrow is never guaranteed. Take a little bit of time to go and call your loved ones. Give your partner a hug. Give your kids a hug and just let them know how much you appreciate them. Soak in that moment.
Discipline is the mother of all character traits. It is one of the hardest ones to master and if you choose to take it on, you will quickly learn it is a never ending battle. However, it is invaluable and it forges Character. Build Discipline, you build Character.
It is the little things that forge us into who we are and who we are becoming. It is very important to slow down and analyze what our daily habits look like and which way is momentum moving.
There are many people going through life in auto pilot. Take time to pause and look at who you are becoming in the process. Find your purpose build your character and reach success.
Work on your character, because if not, your talent will one day take you places where your character will not be able to keep you.
