One of the irony of life is that we don't expect people to judge us per our past mistakes but we often judge ourselves per our past mistakes. Love does not dishonor; it does things to protect ones integrity. Love isn't self-seeking rather it's timely seeking. Don't think evil of yourself, instead hope for positive things in life. Lastly, to express self-love means don't give up on yourself, even in your worst times.
