A Texas man has been charged after allegedly scheming to steal $1.2 million in fajitas over nearly a decade. Gilberto Escaramilla, a juvenile justice department employee, has been charged with felony theft after it was discovered that hundreds of pounds of extra food have been delivered regularly to the facility.
