Kelly McMann is the Director of Guest Services for Host Pros (as well as a radio DJ!) and in her words, it’s her job is to “keep guests happy” – something we can relate to, here at Touch Stay.

In this episode of the Guest Cast, Kelly talks about a trip to Thailand where a charismatic host made a lasting impression with his cooking class. In fact, she liked his cooking experience so much, she even signed up for one of his remote cooking classes later in the year, reliving one of her favourite parts of her trip months later.
