Ee-gads, this is a tough one. When you first start out, you will do a ton of free jobs. It is necessary to build your confidence, timing and reputation. But if you intend for this to be a business then you must treat it as such. It is only through growth of your business that you will be discovered and then sought after to bring a higher level of relevance or professionalism to a cause.
