Charity Lighten had her life planned, or so she thought. Not long after getting married and graduating in accounting, Charity made a huge course correction and dove head first into food and nutrition, thanks to a simple prompting she felt. What started out as a desire to help others, turned into a life long journey that ended up helping her own family when her husband was diagnosed with colon cancer.
