In 1977, Charles Morgan disappeared, returning home 3 days later in a disheveled and confusing state. Claiming he escaped from "them" and that he was working undercover for the Treasury Department.

Months later, he disappeared again, only this time, he never returned home. When his body was found 40 miles from his home, the details surrounding the case only got stranger and stranger.
