Matt Crawford speaks with professor and author Charles Moxley about his book, Nuclear Weapons and International Law. Is the use of nuclear weapons legal? If you look at the law Moxley lays out the answer is simply no. Then why do so many countries have them and who decides when they could be used. A though provoking book that details just how high the stakes are. If there were to be a full out nuclear war upwards of 5 billion could be obliterated from the planet and those left would find an inhospitable world. At the very least there should be a larger conversation regarding this, please join.
