Possibly one of the first world famous entertainers, Charles Stratton was a little person who was discovered by Phineas T. Barnum (of Barnum & Bailey Circus).

Standing at about 26 inches tall, Charles joined Phineas Barnum to tour the world and put on performances to entertain the masses as well as many country's leaders.
